Hi Dawn, have you noticed any differences/improvements at all since your cavitations have been cleaned out? I'd be interested to hear. I can only hope you have.
Rebecca.

Hi Bex, i only had one small one done which was a half root canaled tooth. It has taken 3 weeks to heal. I go back tommorow to get it checked and talk about doing a big one which is 3 tooth extractions on my lower jaw. I will be honest, i have felt worse, but it could be mercury exposure again, everytime i go in there i come out ill and it is still with me. I have some more to do after that aswell, its costing a fortune. I seem to have a bit of jaw pain but it goes from one place to the other. I want this nightmare to be over. Thanks. P.S, how are you feeling?

have you thought any more about going to Mexico? I thought about going myself but the air fair would set me back £1000 before i even start, and cavitations have to be checked, and i wouldnt be able to go back if there was a problem.

Hi Dawn, sorry to hear of this. It just bewilders me why we should have to have a re-exposure to mercury in a biologic dental office. I hope you are able to hang in there and get these issues done.
I can't because my reaction from one dental visit finishes me completely. It's been 4 months since I last saw my biologic dentist and things are worse than ever before. I am simply suffering daily.
So I realise I am damned either way. I have things I need done, but cannot do them because of this. It's incredible.
What are we supposed to do? I mean this is very unfair that we go in there and have to be poisoned by mercury at the sametime.

I guess we ar re-exposed to mercury in a biological dental office because that is the only place that they routinely remove many mercury amalgams. Unless they have a system which completely removes all the mercury from the air - a mercury vacuum - there's bound to be mercury, at least in small amounts, in the air. At least that's what I figure. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />

Yeah, but I got repoisoned in my biologic dentists' office, even though he works in pretty new premises, PLUS uses a highly sophisticted extraction system which supposedly sucks it out of the air.
So I cannot explain why I would suffer so severely following ONE visit to him. Symptoms began a few hours afterwards and intensified the next day (burning and itching in the face and ears, nausea, crying and salivating spells, excessive thirst, diarreah, worse depression, suicidal thoughts, anxiety attacks) etc. four months and I'm still suffering and I'm almost debilitated. So it's not like I was ok before, but now I'mworse.
Doesn't exactly help a person to rectify other dental issues that might also be causing problems.... I can't do anything now. this dentist is french canadian, he's top notch, but unfortunately, I dont think he likes being argued with, or complained to about these things.
It's not like I can go into an office equipped in a spacesuit and oxygen tank. For starters, I'd be taken away before I even got in.... so that's the end of that idea.

Some are more sensitive than others i suppose, also it depends how much mercury you have in your system already. I think im overloaded with it as its not just fillings i had for 30 something years but i ate fish daily, not meat cos i thought it was healthy, also i had alot of vaccinations before going on trips abroad.

I had a replacement done this week, and my ears were ringing really badly afterwards, but I feel ok. Just a bit tired. That side is, to all appearances, amalgam free.
I'm sure my vison has improved. So much so, I'm going to get an eye test as my glasses feel a bit strong now (and I'm supposed to wear a stronger pair than these, but I don't want to make my eyes more lazy, if you know what I mean). And I can go in the sun without sunglasses. Not if it's really sunny, but on mild days I don't notice I'm not wearing shades.
Iin terms of vitamins, I am not doing well at all. I'm only taking a multi-vit. I need to start getting some supplements in, but almost everything contains citrate. I need to get that magnesium I found before.

Hi Demi, Im going back next Friday for more surgery, i finally know how to get there! I was getting off at the wrong station, i was getting off Oxford circus, but should have been getting off Portland Street Stn, they are miles apart!. I went this monday just gone to check to see if the site was healing and its OK. Have to go back next Friday for more surgery, a big one this time. He did say that there is no inflammation, so it will heal better than the last which was a half finished root canaled site. My ears always seem to get worse after the dentist. How many more have you got to do?

I had another cavitation cleaned today. The dentist was suprised to see that there wasnt much gung, he called it. I have to have them xrayed every year to see how they heal. Its not for the faint hearted, i was in there about 3 hours, it was really messy and because part of the site was where a wisdom tooth would be it was quite difficult to get to, my jaw really ached, i was almost in tears.
