Greetings -
I have been chelating for a few months (after getting the amalgam fillings out), trying various types of chelators - mainly DMSA and humifulvate. I have tried humifulvate in "Metal-X" (with minerals) and "Metal Magnet" (w/o minerals). DMSA seems kind of harsh, and I’m interested in more natural, less pharmaceutical alternatives. While there’s lots of info available about DMSA, including personal experiences, I haven’t been able to find much about humifulvate, other than scientific literature re: FDA tests etc. Did find an old post on your website in which Andy Cutler advised against humifulvate, but gave no reason/explanation. Would be interested to hear from anyone who has personal experience chelating with it, or knows more about using it that way.
thanks,
a newbie-to-the-list

hello, I've been wondering about this too. I am interested in humifulvate mainly because it does not remove any mercury from existing fillings, I have had all my fillings removed apart from one under a crown. I am coming up to the six month mark since I had my fillings removed, and because I did not get them taken out the proper way and exposed myself to tons of mercury I do not intend to remove the filling under the crown for a good while yet. Sooooo I was thinking humifulvate might be a good way of moping up the existing mercury that will be no doubt floating around my system. If you put in a search on the internet there is info. about it but I have not read much about it on this forum, I see some people have tried metal magnet which I think has humifulvate in it. I too would be interested in peoples thoughts about this. thanks <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smirk.gif" alt="" />
