This is a truly controversial issue and while it is important to clean up your digestion by elimination of the gut yeast, you have to go slow and not kill off too much, too fast. The mercury hides in yeast cells and if you kill it too fast too much mercury can be released for a sick body to eliminate it efficiently. So go slow with the antifungals, and work on a colon and liver cleansing and supporting the adrenals, so that when you do get the amalgams out, your body is healthy enough to withstand the new onslaught of mercury.
I found the psyllium/bentonite shake with caprol to be very effective...along with a good probiotic, and no gluten or dairy...they plug up the intestines. And if you are constipated you can't eliminate the metals from the colon and they just get recycled.
Best luck, Sandi
