Just remember that the vitamins don't chelate mercury. Only DMSA and DMPS do this, and ALA to a lesser degree (ALA has the amazing ability to mobilize mercury in the brain area). Vitamins and minerals will make your body stronger, but they will also mobilize, this means move mercury around in your body and brain without binding and safely excreeting it. So vitamin dosing depends on how poisoned you are. Some of us can't take any vitamins at all as we get mercury stired up and this hits us hard without chelating mercury out........But, yeah, if you don't feel at deaths door with vitamins and minerals, it's a very good thing to do before starting chelation therapy. Go nice and slow with the candida killing. The yeast contains mercury if you are severly poisoned and this will be released when it is killed by anti-fungals. It's essential to get the candida under control, as both ALA and DMSA contribute to this problem greatly......Taking psyllium shakes alternating with bran fiber will also sweep out mercury and dead candida from your colon.
