The caffeine and the l-theanine gave me problems when I had copper poisoing. Since my copper poisoning is nearly completely gone now, it's no longer a problem.
Green tea effects the brain which is actually an uncommon trait for most anti-oxidants.

I'd say it's a good thing. They've shown green tea to cause cognative enhancement.

For the mercury toxic person, caffiene is bad. According to a video I have from Dr. Haley, caffiene sort-of "surrounds" the elemental mercury atom and allows it to transport through cell walls (bad). Normally, this only happens (mercury entering through cell walls) when elemental mercury becomes methylated, such as it already is in vaccines. So... green tea would be bad for the mercury toxic person from this respect. Green tea does, however, have numerous health benefits. Here's an info sheet: Green Tea The good news is... Nature's Sunshine green tea is decaffeinated, so, enjoy!

Wow, this is really interesting. I am sure that I probably do react to different foods etc but it doesn't seem very obvious. However, I do notice that although I love the taste and smell of coffee, that it makes me feel extremely anxious and crazy. I guess the caffeine combined with the heat (that supposedly increases mercury levels as well) is a really bad combo for some people.
