Old Fauci Interview: PCR Cycle Thresholds 35 Meaningless: Just Dead Nucleotides

Fauci blatantly says the PCR COVID test is useless and misleading when the test is run at "35 cycles or higher". A positive result at that threshold indicates that the results CANNOT be accepted or believed.
Fauci's Quote:

"If you get [perform the test at] a cycle threshold of 35 or more, the chances of it being replication-competent [aka accurate] are miniscule you almost never can culture virus [detect a true positive result] from a 37 threshold cycle, even 36"
Definition: "NOT Replication competent means virus particles are NOT capable of infecting cells and replicating so they cannot produce additional infectious particles.
If you understand what Fauci said back in 2020, then you must wonder why the economy and so many lives have been destroyed based on a testing method that he himself knows is faulty.
