---HE [THE LORD], GIVES MORE GRACE ~~

~~~"Grace be with thee."--
--[1 Timothy 6:21 / (KJV) ~ angelwing
---Some of life's best gifts have come to me in small, undramatic moments, like the words that came shortly after I began my first job from a woman whom I never saw.
--"I hear you are working with the old folks at the county home," said a voce n the telephone. "I want to help. Write down my phone number and when one of those dear people has a need, you are to call and let me know."
And she did check back. At least once or twice a week my morning would begin with one of her calls. If I knew someone who needed a new coat, or a special book, or the comfort of a soft stuffed animal, all I had to do was ask. She was a self-appointed link among local churches, civic groups, caring individuals, and people in need. Requests made to this woman were always fulfilled within a few days.
We had many telephone conversations before I learned that she was an invalid, confined to her bed. I was astounded. "How can think of others, when you have so many problems yourself?" I asked her one day when I was feeling a bit down myself.
"My dear," she answered, "in the first year of my confinement I spend all my time feeling sorry for myself, until a very wise friend said to me, "What's happened has happened. You can face it with bitterness, or you can face it with grace." I knew she was right, so I gathered my courage and chose the latter.
"Moving the center of attention from myself to others, I found I could use the telephone, postal mail, or computer to perform at least one useful act each day. One act of kindness blossomed into two, then three," she continued, "and now my days are full. So each morning when I wake up, I say these words, "This is a new day. I will face it with grace,' just to remind myself what I'm about.?
--------He Giveth More Grace ~~
---[A. J. Flint ~]
~~~"But He giveth more grace." --[James 4:6]

~~He giveth more grace when the burdens grown greater,
He sendeth more strength when the labors increase;
To added afflictions He addeth His mercy,
To multiplied trials, His multiplied peace.

His love has no limits, His grace has no measure,
HIs power no boundary known unto men;
For, out of HIs infinite riches in Jesus,
He giveth, and giveth, and giveth again.' ~~

Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me." [John 14:6]
