This is very true in my case -- because I didnt have them removed by a biological dentist- so I had them replaced two at a time every other month or so-- it took me from May 12 to September (the day of the Katrina disaster-sadly) before I had all 8 replaced.

so when you said the following, it made sense to me in my situation:

..." I later learned that one should not have more than two to three fillings removed at a time and there should be a four to six week period before next removals. A detox protocol should be adhered to starting about 30 days prior to first extraction and continuing for about 6 months after the last. "

Russ has awesome advice- and Algin was something I used before during and after all the removals- and I still take 2 capsules with my Chorella and other detox stuff at night.

I did have some exposure to mercury when they drilled out the fillings. I recall extreme dizzyness and fatigue with the last two replaced that September.

That same dizzyness was what I felt decades earlier as a child- the day the dentist filled my teeth with that silver poison.

I thought that it must be " normal " to get that feeling from leaving the dentist office after a filling- because I had no explanation for it then.

Please- if you can-- (Amazon.com sells books for dirt cheap if you need to save $$) get "It's all in your Head" by Hal Huggins. Andy Cutler also has a good protocol to read up on.

In the book, "I'ts all in your Head", Hal Huggins mentions what foods to eat or avoid to help the body detox the mercury better. He reccomends the person not give up lean meats at this time- due to finding that recovery was very rare in vegetarians for some reason. Also -- make sure to get your magnesium and selenium more than ever now. Both minerals are deficient in mercury poisoned poeple.

There is also a Dental Chelat mouthwash I ordered online that helped me rid the tiniest nano-particles of mercury from my gums and mouth tissues. I used this in place of the mouthwash the dentist gave me to rinse out my mouth after each dental visit and I used it thereafter until it was finished.

Keep up the good things you are doing too- they will make a difference, even though right now you feel discouraged at it all.

Read all the posts here in the forum- and Russ' info really helped me. If it werent for the advice on Herb Allure and another forum I visit, I would be suffering.

I can't say enough good about that Algin that Russ just reccomended. It really does sponge up stray mercury in the body.
