----"Well Defined Eternity~~
---[Yes, you can be sure of where you will spend eternity!]

----"I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day—and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for his appearing.
---[Please Read // 2 Timothy 4:7-8 / NIV]

--Paul is writing to Timothy, knowing that he is near the end of his life. He assures Timothy that he has “fought the good fight” and is looking forward to his reward. The season after Jesus’ death and resurrection was Paul’s time to make a difference. This is ours. It makes me think of March Madness, the highlight of the college basketball season. Incredibly gifted athletes weep openly because they know they are finished when they step out of that arena. Men, who you probably couldn’t make cry with physical pain, are so conscious of something passing them by that they are overwhelmed with emotion. They may have other opportunities to play, but their season or their college career is over. This is your time in the arena, never to be repeated, and your eternity will be defined by what you do with it.

THINK ABOUT IT
--Everything you do and say in your present life has an impact on your life in eternity. God-opportunities accepted and honored make a difference for you in the world to come.

PRAYER
--"Heavenly Father, help me be a good steward of the time I have been given to serve You. May I honor You in all I am and all I do, so that Your purposes for my life would be fulfilled, for Your glory. In Jesus’ name, amen.--"

Blessings,
