---GOD'S GOT THIS!

--"If he did not spare the ancient world when he brought the flood on its ungodly people, but protected Noah, a preacher of righteousness, and seven others … then the Lord knows how to rescue godly men from trials."
---[2 Peter 2:5,9 / NIV] --

--Jesus is returning to the earth as part of God’s judgment on this current age. Don’t be surprised by this; it is an established fact of Scripture. It has been delayed because God doesn’t want anyone to perish. But this age, and its systems and values, are going to come under the judgment of God. It is an escapable part of the season and no more shocking than my Tennessee trees losing their leaves in the fall. But we also need to remember that God knows how to rescue His children. Noah’s story is one of deliverance. Noah, “a preacher of righteousness,” and his family were spared and brought through the judgment that literally washed the earth. In the same way, God will deliver His people through the judgment of this age. If you are a child of God, you don’t have to be afraid—God’s got this!

THINK ABOUT IT
Christ-followers can trust the Lord for His deliverance. If trials the world is facing bring even a little fear to your heart, tell the Lord that you choose to trust Him with your life and journey—no matter what lies ahead. He will handle your trust with great care.

PRAYER
--"Heavenly Father, I want to be strong and of good courage, facing life’s circumstances with total trust in You. I release my hold on anything that is preventing greater trust, and I thank You ahead of time for all Your deliverances. In Jesus’ name, amen."
Blessings,
