Thanks, everyone
I was so excited to get a period. It was only a small one, but it shows that something is starting to happen and my estrogen levels are falling. I'm sure cutting out milk has helped aswell My periods only really stopped after I got the root canal filling, although they had always been irregular. I had it 1998 and by 2001 I was lucky to get two periods a year.
Anonymous, the ob-gyn said I have PCOS (even though I have no cysts - or didn't, lack of ovulation can cause the cysts), and recommended the pill (mini-progestrone) every day or progesterone pills every 3-4 months. So far I declined both, wanting to see if mercury treatments helped naturally, and it seems like something is starting to happen I didn't really expect it to be so soon after getting that tooth out! It suggests that it only took one cycle for my ovaries to respond, that is quite something If I can get another one before Christmas, then it will mean I don't have to have the pills.
And the crazy thing is that I weigh less now than I have for a couple of years - lost weight with cutting out the dairy and my diet is more restricted. But I think the quality of my food is better now I have mostly organic and by doing the mercury-diet of no dairy, low-sulpher and gluten and increased my protein intake with shakes - I am helping my body to deal with the mercury better.
it's amazing how a tooth can effect so many parts of the body. Thank God there are people who speak out about the dangers of amalgams and leaving dead/infected teeth in the mouth.
