~~When you believe that Jesus is the Son of God and accept the salvation that He offers, you receive a life beyond this one. When people die, they are not gone at all; they are just not with us. Are you preparing for that? One day your earth suit is going to malfunction. No matter how physically strong you are today, or the resources you have to obtain the very best healthcare, at one point your body will experience enough systems failure that it will shut down and you will step into eternity. Eternity is a long time, and the choices you make during your days under the sun will determine whether you spend it in a place of blessing or a place of torment. Beyond the façade and the display of your life, are you living with the end in mind?

THINK ABOUT IT
As Christ-followers, it’s imperative that we begin to make our everyday decisions with the eternal Kingdom of God in mind. We need to be willing to endure hardship and take the narrow path, knowing that the eternal rewards promised by Jesus will outshine any momentary pleasures this world has to offer.

PRAYER
--"Heavenly Father, thank You that your Kingdom will never end, and that you have made a way for me to be a part of it. Strengthen my resolve and let your Holy Spirit remind me to never choose the temporary over the eternal. In Jesus’ name. Amen."
