---Transformation Of Grief
--"To comfort all who mourn, and to provide for those who grieve in Zion—to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, and the oil of gladness instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. --(Isaiah 61:2-3 / NIV) -
~~~To hear some people present their faith, you’d think that good Christians don’t have struggles. They just leap from victory to victory, and it’s only those of us who are lacking spiritually who struggle. I don’t believe that perspective is correct, because even Jesus was tempted by Satan in the wilderness and was in agony when He prayed in the garden. Here, the Spirit has empowered Isaiah to speak for the Messiah, and the message is one of comfort and hope in the midst of despair. The Bible acknowledges that things like temptation, disappointment, mourning, and grief will intrude on our lives. You’re not a failure or inadequate when those things come to you, nor has God abandoned you. Instead, He loves you and has a plan for you. He will fashion a crown from the ashes of your broken places, replace your mourning with gladness, and wrap you in a garment of praise. THINK ABOUT ITOur perspective of how God see us shapes our responses to circumstances and to Him. Knowing and understanding God’s Word reveals His heart for His people and alters our life path, transforming our outcomes. PRAYER--"Heavenly Father, You have transformed my life, rescuing me from the dominion of darkness and establishing me in Your glorious Kingdom. Nothing is too hard for You. May I never doubt Your love for me, even in the face of pain and grief. In Jesus’ name, amen."Blessings, Pastor Allen Jackson[**Friends, we must be careful while listening to many (so called) preachers and teachers on the internet and television. Many tell you, "Send in your donation and it will be doubled. The Lord will increase your income." And many lies of the enemy. That is not of the Lord. Yes, sometimes the Lord will bless us. But we don't depend on the television teachers or internet voices. we listen to the voice of our Lord Jesus. ~~ Jesus said, "These things I have spoken to you, so that in Me you may have peace. In the world you have tribulation, but take courage; I have overcome the world." --(John 16:33).]
Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me." [John 14:6]
