Fed Memo Declares Depopulation Policy To Ensure People *Expire Before They Retire*

Years ago I watched a lecture where the speaker read a memorandum distributed to Federal Reserve Bank managers. This memo referred to depopulation policy against retired people. It said that programs are being implemented to make sure retired people "expire before they retire".

Yes, this is exactly what it said.
