Is anyone else having trouble with the graphics that we must enter correctly before our post will register? I sure am - and I thought my vision was getting better! If this keeps up, I will have to quit posting as my time is very limited.

I thought it was me,i have 20/20 vision,and it taakes me an averge of 2 to 3 tries to get it right.

Yes, it takes 2 or 3 tries for me also. I think it has something to do with antispam filters.

Yes, the new graphics are part of the anti-spam system we had to install to keep all those delightful "spambots" from posting their drug, dating, and porn spam all over the forum.

However, I've seen the graphics and I do agree that sometimes they're a bit hard to make out. I'll have Russ see if there's some other graphics "thing" we can use instead that will make the verification code easier to read.

In the meantime, please bear with us while we "fine-tune" this.

I have been having problems as well - can't make the shape out on all the letters.

Well, since I wrote last time, I have found that there are some that are easier to read than others, so instead of trying a difficult one, which I invariably get wrong, I just keep clicking until an easy one come along. I can usually get those pretty quickly. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

I spoke to our programmer today and he tweaked the font to try and make it more readable. Please let me know if that is better. If not, we'll work with it a little more until it's easier to read.

In the mean time, just click the button until you get a graphic that you can make out.

Hey, the graphics are much better. And even though I posted more than once, I only had to do the graphics on the first post. I did the first one that popped up and got it right! Finally - a passing grade! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
