--Many of us have a tendency to think of our spiritual life in the context of our church involvement. We think that we are faithful when we sit in a worship service, or volunteer for a church-sponsored activity, or give money to our church’s ministries. Some of us think of ourselves as faithful because we identify with a certain denomination or take a biblical stand on a moral issue. None of those things are wrong, but I want to invite you to see your faith in a much larger context. Faith is about the basic choices we make every day. It’s about the words we use. It’s about who we are in our relationships. It’s about how we manage our resources and how we use our time and talents. Those are the places where our faith is most evident or painfully absent. Being a person of faith 24/7 may seem like a lofty goal, but the Holy Spirit is ready and waiting to help us move in that direction.

Imagine living a life where faith permeates everything you do—your words and actions, hours and days—everything resonates with a faith in the Living God. Make the commitment today to be a person of faith 24/7.

PRAYER
"Heavenly Father, I want Jesus to be Lord of my entire life. Holy Spirit, reveal the places where I’m still saying, “My way, not Yours.” Forgive me, Jesus, and mature my faith as I yield all parts of my life daily to You. Thank You, Lord, that your steadfast love never ceases; Your mercies never come to an end. Help me, Lord, when I get out of Your will. Draw me back to You! ~ In Jesus’ name, amen.
