----AN AROMA FOR CHRIST ~~~

-"For we are to God the pleasing aroma of Christ among
those who are being saved and those who are perishing."
---(2 Corinthians 2:15)--

~~~Every Christian should be known for wearing a particular perfume--the fragrance of Christ. But it can't be bought at a cosmetic counter. It can't even be bottled and sold by the church. This mysterious perfume rises only out of our intimate relationship with Christ, and it wafts a subtle yet noticeable influence toward others.
Someone said about a Christian in his small town, "That woman never crosses my pathway without my being better for it!" Most likely, this admired believer had given a verbal witness at some point. But without the aroma of Christ, her witness would not have been effective.
The apostle Paul asked, "Who is equal to such a task" as exuding an aroma that brings life? (2 Corinthians 2:16). The answer? Our fragrance, our entire sufficiency, is from Christ alone. ~~
"Lord Jesus, help us to always be prepared to give an answer for the hope we have in You [1 Peter 3:15]." Help us to never be ashamed to tell others of Your life-changing plan for us. We praise You, our Lord, Rock, Savior and soon coming King above all kings. Thank You, our Messiah for dying on the Cross so we can be saved throughout eternity with You."
