---THE RESURRECTION AND THE GOSPEL / HOLY BIBLE ~~
---(--Please Read in your Holy Bible /-Romans 10:5-11)-- bible

---If you were to briefly explain the gospel to someone, what would you include? It would be necessary to explain: the reason we all need salvation—our sin; the identity of the Savior—God’s Son, who chose to become a man; and the price He paid for our forgiveness—His death on the cross. Another important thing to include would be how one can be saved—by repenting of sin, believing in Christ, and calling on Him for salvation.

However, there is one more essential aspect: - star belief in the resurrection of Jesus Christ (Rom. 10:9). If people deny this, they have rejected the gospel and cannot be saved. The resurrection proves that Jesus is the Son of God, who overcame death. It also affirms that God was satisfied with His Son’s death as the sacrifice for mankind’s sins.

The disciples considered Christ’s resurrection an essential part of the gospel they proclaimed. As eyewitnesses, they were so convinced of this that nothing could dissuade them. The resurrection was also the primary message Paul delivered as he traveled around the Roman world, preaching the gospel. And it should be our message as well. Because Christ rose from the dead, we have assurance of both God’s forgiveness and our own future resurrection.

[* star--*Friends, there are many people that say, "Yes, I believe in God." Or, "I believe Jesus." However, we must remember, believing is not the most important part. The most important part is following in His steps. We know from Scripture, "You believe that God is one. You do well; the demons also believe, and shudder [tremble]"-[James 2 verses 18-19].

--**It is not enough to only believe. We must read and obey His Word. As you accept His word, as Paul said, --" What does it say? The Word of faith which we are are preaching, that if you confess with your mouth, Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; For with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation. For 'Whoever will call on the Name of the Lord will be saved"- [Romans 10:8,9,10,13]. "Without faith it is impossible to please God; for he that comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him" -[Hebrews 11:6]. --[Believers] ="Since you have in obedience to the truth purified your souls for a sincere love of the brethren, fervently love one another from the heart;
For you have been born again not of seed which is perishable but imperishable, that is, through the living and enduring Word of God.-1 Peter 1: 22,23]

---THE ORDER OF RESURRECTION~~HOLY BIBLE

-----If There Is No Resurrection . . .

--" As in Adam all die, so also in Christ all will be made alive."
---( –1 Corinthians 15:22)-- bible

~~~In 1 Corinthians 15:20, Paul said, “Christ has been raised from the dead.” There was no doubt in his mind. Paul saw the resurrected Christ. And not only that, Paul continued, but Jesus is “the first fruits of those who are asleep.”
~~~That may sound strange to you, but the Jews understood what Paul was talking about. The Old Testament law included an offering of first fruits. When harvest time came, if you had a piece of land and were gathering the harvest, you would, first of all, take a sample of that harvest and bring it to the priest. This was called the offering of first fruits, a sample of what was to come. And in the same way, Paul said, the resurrection of Jesus is a sample of an even greater harvest that is to come, even more people who will be raised from the dead as Jesus was. Who is included in that harvest? It is everyone who has ever trusted in Christ. Paul wrote, “As in Adam all die, so also in Christ all will be made alive” (v. 22). Every descendant of Adam is going to die not just physically but spiritually, separated from God. We have all come from Adam, so because of that, we are all going to die. If nothing happens in our life spiritually, we are going to die not just physically but spiritually because of our sin.

As Romans 6:23 says, “The wages of sin is death.” But Paul told us the way of escape: “In Christ all will be made alive.” What does it mean to be “in Christ”? It means to put your faith in Jesus. Jesus said it this way in John 11:25: “I am the resurrection and the life; he who believes in Me will live even if he dies.”

The only people who will be raised again and escape God’s judgment are those who have believed in Jesus. But many people don’t know what it means to believe in Jesus. They think to believe in Jesus means to believe the right things about Jesus, that He was the Son of God who died on the cross for the sins of the world and He rose again on the third day. They think, “If I believe those things, that’s all I need to do.” No, you can believe all of those things with all of your heart and go straight to hell when you die.

**NOTE** /The word “believe” in the New Testament means to cling to, to put your faith and trust in. It’s not just intellectually believing that Jesus was the Son of God who died for the sins of the world. There has to come that moment of faith when you kneel before a holy God and say, “God, I am a sinner. I deserve Your punishment. I don’t have any hope in myself, but I cling to the fact that Jesus died on the cross for me, that He took the punishment from You that I deserve. And right now I’m putting my whole weight on what Jesus did for me to save me from my sins.” The Bible says the moment you say that to God and mean it with all your heart, you are in Christ. You are in His hands. In John 10:28, Jesus said, “I give eternal life to them, and they will never perish; and no one will snatch them out of My hand.” That’s what it means to be in Christ. And those who are in Christ have eternal life. It is a quality of life that begins right now and it extends throughout eternity.

--WHY DID JESUS DIE ON THE CROSS?

~~Friend, Jesus died on the Cross for the forgiveness of your sins. Take the Bible personally. It is a Personal Love Letter from Jesus Christ to each person.

--"Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come.

"Now all these things are from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation,
Namely that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and He has committed to us the word of reconciliation.
Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were making an appeal through us; we beg you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God' [2 Corinthians 5:17-20].

"He hath made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, so that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.".
—2 Corinthians 5:21
-- bible

~~Augustine was one of the greatest theologians of all time. He was a wild, intemperate, immoral youth. In spite of his mother’s pleadings and prayers, he grew worse instead of better. But one day he had a personal encounter with Jesus Christ that transformed his life. His restlessness and the practice of sin disappeared. He became one of the great saints of all time. John Newton was a slave trader on the west coast of Africa. One day in a storm at sea he met Jesus Christ. He went back to England and became an Anglican clergyman. He wrote scores of hymns, one of which has become the modern popular song, “Amazing Grace.” This is what Christ can do for anyone who puts his trust in Him.

--DECISION ~~
--What Must I Do to be Saved [Born-Again]:
"[By] The word of faith which we are preaching, that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved;
"For with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation.
Whoever will call on the Name of the LORD [JESUS] will be saved." --[Romans 10:8,9,10,13]

--"Stand firm. Let nothing move you."
--[1 Corinthians 15:58]

---STANDING FIRM ~~

--[PLEASE READ / MARK 15:33–41]-- crackthebook

~~In the Middle Eastern country where they live, Adrian and his family suffer persecution for their faith. Yet, through it all, they demonstrate Christ’s love. Standing in his church courtyard, which was pummeled by bullets when terrorists used it as training ground, he said, “Today is Good Friday [April 10]. We remember that Jesus suffered for us on the cross.” 'And suffering,' he continued, 'is something that believers in Jesus there understand.' But his family chooses to remain in their homeland: “We’re still here, still standing.”

These believers follow the example of the women who stood watching as Jesus died on the cross (Mark 15:40). They—including Mary Magdalene, Mary the mother of James and Joseph, and Salome—were brave to stay there, for friends and family members of an enemy of the state could be ridiculed and punished. Yet the women showed their love for Jesus by their very presence with Him. Even as they “followed him and cared for his needs” in Galilee (v. 41), they stood with Him at His hour of deepest need.

On this day when we remember the greatest gift of our Savior, His death on a cross, take a moment to consider how we can stand for Jesus as we face trials of many kinds (see James 2:2-4). Think too about our fellow believers around the world who suffer for their faith. As Adrian asked, “Can you please stand with us in your prayers?”

REFLECT & PRAY
~~"Loving Savior, You willingly died to save us from our sins. On this day of remembrance, give us a deeper sense of gratitude for this amazing gift. We praise You and bless Your Holy Name. Please bless Your people in other countries as they stand up for You and Your Word. Thank You, our Lord, Savior and Redeemer." ~~

--The Resurrection and the Holy Bible ~~

~~JESUS DIED SO WE CAN HAVE ETERNAL LIFE~~

~~Jesus's death substituted for ours. He was the sacrificial "Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world" (John 1:29). The Lamb is none other than God the Son, who willingly "took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men...and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross" (Philippians 2:7-8).

Remarkably, even God the Father "despised" Him as He hung on the cross, for God is holy, and for our sakes had "made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin: that we might be made the righteousness of God in him" (2 Corinthians 5 :21). The apex of Christ's suffering came, as we see in our text, when God the Father separated Himself from His beloved Son, "forsaking" (v.46) Christ to suffer for three hours the awful pangs of death that we deserved. ~~

~~~Two Possible Resurrections
--[PLEASE READ/ John 5:19-29] -- bible
--Death is certain for everyone (except believers who are alive when Christ returns). The end of our earthly life may seem far away or, for some, right around the corner, but it’s always lurking, and we never know when it will come. This may seem like a morbid thought, but the truth is, death doesn’t end our existence. Contrary to the false belief that life ceases when we die, Jesus said there will be a resurrection of all people—some to judgment and others to eternal life.
Here’s the important question: Which resurrection will you experience? Since everyone is sinful, we all deserve to face the resurrection to judgment. However, Jesus promised that those who believe in Him have eternal life and will not be judged for sin (John 5:24). On the cross, Christ bore our judgment for us and rose again to give us new life. But those who reject the sacrifice He made on their behalf will be judged for their own sins.
Although physical death is still a reality for believers and our bodies will be laid in the grave, our spirits will never die. When Christ returns, our souls will be reunited with glorious resurrection bodies, to live forever with Him.~~
-IN TOUCH~
[Friends, With eternity in view for all people, the most important decision you will ever make is to accept Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior. He is alive right now. You can talk to Him. Yes, He answers prayer, in the way He know is best. We know that to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord Jesus (Christians). "Therefore, being always of good courage, and knowing that while we are at home in the body we are absent from the Lord--
"For we walk by by faith, not by sight.
"We are of good courage, I say, and prefer rather to be absent from the body and to be at home with the Lord" --[2 Corinthians 5: 6 thru 8] ~~
[**If you would like to speak with someone regarding questions about Jesus or what happens after you die, please Call 888-537-8720. Jesus loves you so much that He died on the Cross to forgive your sins and give you eternal life. However, it is only the ones who accept His 'free gift of eternal life' through His death, and accept Him as their Lord and Savior that will spend eternity with Him, and all those who have died in the faith. Please come today, just as you are. We all are sinners, we all need to know where we will spend eternity. COME TODAY, PLEASE. Make that phone call above and be sure.~~ jesuslovesyou]
--"Without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sin"--[Hebrews 9:22]
-Jesus had to die to pay our sin-debt. If He had not done so, we would have no remission for our sin.]
~~Stained with Blood So Divine ~~
“But when they came to Jesus, and saw that he was dead already, …one of the soldiers with a spear pierced his side, and forthwith there came out blood and water.” (John 19:33-34)-- crackthebook
~~As with many of the great hymns, the verses of “The Old Rugged Cross” tell a story when considered in sequence. The first verse states the general doctrine of the Cross; the second speaks of the necessity of the Incarnation to accomplish the cross’ purpose; the third, quoted below, gives details of the Crucifixion and what it accomplished, and the last verse rehearses the results, both now and in the future.
In the old rugged cross, stained with blood so divine,
A wondrous beauty I see;
For t’was on that old cross Jesus suffered and died
To pardon and sanctify me.
That old rugged cross was stained with blood, as is obvious from our text. But this blood was special, for “ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold….But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot: Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world” (1 Peter 1:18-20).
The divine Lamb of God suffered and died on the cross, “in whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins” (Colossians 1:14), “that He might sanctify the people with his own blood” (Hebrews 13:12).
But the old rugged cross was not the only thing stained that day, for “the blood of Jesus Christ…cleanseth us from all sin” (1 John 1:7). The saints in heaven are portrayed as having “washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb” (Revelation 7:14). “Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow” (Isaiah 1:18).
---THE LAMB OF GOD~~
-[Please Read/ John 1:19-29]
---From the beginning, God has dealt with sin through the shedding of blood. When mankind's first act of disobedience was committed, the Lord Himself instituted the sacrificial system: He killed an animal and used its skin to cover Adam and Eve physically, just as its blood "covered" their sin. This was a temporary solution, however. Only the shed blood of Jesus Christ could atone for sin and permanently do away with it.
The Son of God came as the sin-bearer for the whole world--He lived a perfect life and the assumed full responsibility for all of our transgressions and guilt. Through His death on the Cross, those who trust Him as Savior enjoy the freedom of full pardon and are made righteous and holy in the eyes of the Father.
This is why we call Jesus the Lamb of God. In the Old Testament, lambs were sacrificed to atone for sin. In a similar way, Jesus offered His life as the substitutionary death needed to satisfy God's justice. As a result, our relationship with God was reconciled so we could be adopted as His children. Because of Jesus, we can stand before God and say, "Thank You for being my Father. Thank You, Abba Father, for sending your Son to pay our sin-debt on the Cross. We give you all praise.In Christ's name. Amen~"
--LIVING OUT Our UNITY in CHRIST~
--[Please Read Ephesians 4:9 thru 16]
---- crackthebook
--Jesus knew the importance of unity in the church, and in one of His last recorded prayers, He asked the Father for it three times (John 17:11, 20-23). To honor Jesus' prayer, let's look at several aspects of our faith that unify us as believers ~~
**ONE BODY / God adopts people into His family without regard for race, gender, or denomination. Trust in Jesus Christ is all that matters (Galatians 3:28).
**ONE SPIRIT / All Christians are indwelt by the Holy Spirit. We're different on the outside, but as believers, we all have the Spirit to empower and guide us.
**ONE HOPE / As believers, we share a common hope--the return of Jesus and life in Heaven with Him.
**ONE LORD / Jesus' lordship extends over all people. We should submit to His authority in every area of life.
**ONE FAITH / Believers are united in one faith, which is founded on several basic truths: Jesus is GOD. He lived a sinless life, died for our sins, rose from the dead, and ascended into Heaven, where He is seated at God's right hand.
By learning to see what we have in common, we can more easily overlook our differences. Seeing our unity, people will be ready to hear the good news that God offers a way to have peace with Him and others. ~~
--IN TOUCH~~
[Yes Friend, Jesus wants us to be a light for Him in this dark world. Jesus also wants us to be His witnesses, as we live out our faith. It is because Jesus died for our sins and was resurrected on the third day, that we have the blessed hope that He will return for us one day. \o/ ~
--THE RESURRECTION OF JESUS WAS NECESSARY TO PAY OUR SIN-DEBT!
---THE PRICE OR OUR REDEMPTION~~
---[1 Peter 1:18-19 (NIV®)]
"It was not with perishable things such as silver or gold that you were redeemed from the empty way of life handed down to you from your forefathers, but with the precious blood of Christ…"-- crackthebook
Peter chooses his words very carefully here to describe the price of our redemption. Silver and gold were very rare and valuable commodities in the first century, and they are still valuable today. Some people see their enduring value as a solid investment in uncertain economic times. Peter says, “You weren’t redeemed—you weren’t bought out of slavery—with silver or gold. You were bought with something more precious.” More precious than silver or gold—what could it be? The blood of Christ.
Peter recognizes the value of Jesus’ blood because he knows its power, a power far greater than the power of silver and gold. We often look for help in the material resources that the world says are valuable, and those resources can be very helpful. But our ultimate redemption is not something that we can earn—it has been purchased with the powerful blood of Jesus, a free gift to all who will believe in Him as Savior and Lord.
THINK ABOUT IT
The value of Jesus’ blood in God’s sight is infinite and eternal. Contemplate your worth to God that He has been willing to pay such a costly price to rescue you.
PRAYER
"Heavenly Father, blessed be Your name! Through Jesus’ precious blood You have freely given me what I cannot earn. I gratefully receive and trust in the power of His blood to redeem me fully and destroy the works of the Devil. Hallelujah, I've been redeemed! \o/ Jesus has paid our sin-debt. Give Him Praise! In Jesus’ name, amen."
Blessings,
~~~JESUS IS ALIVE AND ACTIVE NOW!
--[Please Read / Hebrews 10:10-14

~~~Have you ever wondered what Jesus is doing, now that He’s in heaven? Today’s passage tells us that He is sitting at God’s right hand. It might make us wonder what He’s doing up there. Is He simply waiting for the time when He comes back to earth? No! He’s actually quite active on our behalf.
First, the Lord Jesus is within every believer, in the person of the Holy Spirit (John 15:26; Rom. 8:9-10). This means that from heaven, Christ is working to shape your character and empower your obedience.
Second, the Lord intercedes for us (Heb. 7:25). He makes requests on our behalf and brings our prayers to the Father.
Third, we see in 1 John 2:1-2 that Jesus is our Advocate when we sin. Positioned between us and the Father, He declares our righteous standing because of His sacrifice and our faith in Him.
Finally, Christ is preparing a place for us in heaven (John 14:1-3) and arranging all events necessary for His return.
Jesus is in heaven carrying out the Father’s will. And we should be doing the same thing here on earth. The Lord can save others through us when we reflect His life in our work, attitudes, words, and behavior. Let us, Christ’s body—His eyes, ears, voice, feet, and hands—point others to Him.
--"PURPOSE OF THE RESURRECTION~~
-[World Challenge/Gary Wilkerson]
~~Any Christian can tell you, "Jesus died for my sins."
Surprisingly, few can say what his resurrection means in their daily life. They know certain parts of the story but not enough to apply God's powerful truths to the way they live. That makes all the difference in the world.
What is the purpose of the resurrection? Most of us associate it with eternal life but not with daily life on earth. How is the resurrection significant in our job, family, marriage? How does it affect a life burdened by errands, obligations, demands, etc. ?
Paul reminds us that Christ's death, burial and resurrection are of first importance. "It will be counted to us who believe in him who raised from the dead Jesus our Lord, who was delivered up for our trespasses and raised for our justification" (Romans 4:24-25). What does Paul mean when he says Jesus was raised so that we might be justified?
Justification has to do with newness of life. Without it, we would be stuck in an unchanging cycle of sin and forgiveness. Think about the practical weight that sin carried in our lives. How many times have you stayed awake at night grieving over something awful you've said or done? Yet Paul tells us Jesus was "delivered up" to cleanse us of these very things.
Then the last part of the verse comes in: Jesus was "raised for our justification." Our trespasses are gone, and we are justified. It's as if we had never committed those sins. Now we are a delight in God's eyes. In short, we are resurrected into newness of life every day!
John the Baptist said, "Behold, the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world" [John 1:29]. We are a new person. We can not remain in the same old sinful lifestyle. Christ changes us from the inside out. -- bible He says, "Go, and sin no more." ~
--The Rich Man and Lazarus ~~
--(Please Read/ Luke 16:14-31)
---"But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things; but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented."
---(LUKE 16:25) -- crackthebook
--I wonder if our thoughts of others are always as accurate as we think they are.
Let me explain. We look across the assortment of people around us, and we see some who look very prosperous. They might have a beautiful farm or business and may even have bought a farm for each of their sons. It appears that whatever their fingers touch turns prosperous. From the outside everything looks ideal; these people have no hardships, no hospital bills, and no financial issues. So according to our calculations they are well off.
Then there are others who appear incapable of ever getting ahead. Misfortunes seem to plague them constantly. Their health isn't good and it feels as if they always need help. So in our eyes, they are unfortunate. Always in need, and have no place to turn.
Let's look at the rich man and Lazarus. The rich man fared sumptuously every day but gave nothing to Lazarus. He had neither time nor attention for the beggar. The rich man probably thought that if only Lazarus managed as well as he did, he wouldn't be in such a predicament. And there was Lazarus--unable to get ahead in life and always sick, but apparently strong in faith toward God. Which man was right in God's eyes?
The rich man actually came up short. As for us, may we by God's grace have compassion on other people and treat each one with tenderness, kindness, respect, and Christian grace. Let's help needy people and do good to all, thus laying up treasures in Heaven. ~~
---FREED FROM GUILT & SHAME/ [ACCEPT JESUS'S PAYMENT FOR YOUR SIN. ] ~~
~~~"Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit of life set me free from the law of sin and death."
---(Romans 8:1-2 / NIV)

~~Just as surely as some of us have been condemned of a crime and imprisoned physically, others of us feel condemned by our weaknesses and shortcomings and are imprisoned spiritually.

Paul tells us that through the blood of Jesus, we are no longer condemned by those things and we are set free. None of us are perfect, me included. We have an adversary who will remind us of all the times we didn’t get it right. He will do his best to make you feel unworthy and keep you quiet about all that God has done for you. He wants you to feel so ashamed that you will be inactive and unproductive for the Lord and His Kingdom. We will have to learn to say to him, “That’s right. There was a season in my life when I didn’t make godly choices, but I have humbled myself and repented, and I stand now in Christ. You have no hold over me!”

THINK ABOUT IT
When Jesus endured the cross and all that his public execution entailed, both physically and spiritually, He canceled all legal claim sin would have on you. Don’t listen to the lies of God’s adversary. Accept Jesus’ payment for your shame—God has.

PRAYER
--"Heavenly Father, Jesus endured the cross and bore my sin so that I can live fruitfully for Him, free from guilt and shame. By His blood, Satan’s hold on me is broken. Jesus’ blood continually cleanses me, and His grace is sufficient for me. In His name I pray, amen."
Blessings,

-[-- angelwing For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God;
Not as a result of works, so that no one may boast" (Ephesians 2: 8-9)
**Friend, in order to be saved, you must accept the gift from Jesus. A gift is not a gift until it is received. Tell Jesus [and others], that you have been saved through the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Jesus paid our sin-debt by dying on the cross for the remission of our sin. Once you have been freed from the enemy's bondage to sin, you will want to tell others about Him, so they can receive the gift of eternal life also. Please help spread the Word. Jesus said he would return once his Word has been spread across the globe. We have the awesome responsibility to tell others about ETERNAL LIFE! Let's get busy. No, we are not saved by works. We are saved by 'GRACE'. "God's Righteousness At Christ's Expense" [acrostic].

~~~LOVING HIS APPEARING~~
~~“Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.” (2 Timothy 4:8) ~~ grouppray
--It is fascinating to learn that the Lord has a special reward for all those who “love his appearing.”
Paul urges us to be “looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ” (Titus 2:13). For “the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ...hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light” (2 Timothy 1:10).
Our text for the day obviously refers to His Second Coming “at that day,” exhorting us not only to look for but to love His appearing! At that great day, “the Lord, the righteous judge” will award to those who have loved His appearing a special crown of righteousness. We have already received the imputed “gift of righteousness” (Romans 5:17) by His grace and have been “made the righteousness of God in him” (2 Corinthians 5:21). [Speaking of those who have been twice born/ John 3:5-8] We are to live our life in anticipation of the Lord’s return.
The apostle John beautifully expressed the way in which such a life, loving Christ’s coming, produces a growing righteousness now and perfected righteousness then. “And now, little children, abide in him; that, when He shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming....We know that, when He shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as He is. And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as He is pure” (1 John 2:28; 3:2-3).
"For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation to all men, instructing us to deny ungodliness and worldly desires and to live sensibly, righteously and godly in the present age, looking for the blessed hope and the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Christ Jesus." --[Titus 2:11-13].
