--HOMESCHOOLING SURGES~~
~~"Abiding Word Ministries" ~~

~~Thanks to increasing left-wing social engineering, bullying, and tragic school shootings, parents are increasingly opting to pull their children out of public schools in order to homeschool. The resurgence of homeschooling has quietly been increasing across the country. Brian Ray, who leads the National Home Education Research Institute, stated, "The top three reasons that parents choose homeschooling are a desire to provide religious instruction or different values than those offered in public schools; dissatisfaction with the academia curriculum, and worries about the school environment. That includes safety, pressure to get into drugs, pressure to get into sexual activity."

Estimates from the National Home Education Research Institute are that homeschooling in grades K-12 has increased from 1.69 million students in 2017 to 2.5 million in 2019. This makes it the fastest growing form of education in the country. Home-educated students typically score 15 to 30 points above public-school students on standardized academic achievement tests. ~
