Hi, i got NSP VitE&Selenium. Can i take 2 capsules a day instead of one . There is only 25mcg selenium, in one capsule is that enough, thanks .

Hi Dawn, Yes, that's fine to take 2 Vitamin E daily. I often do this. In fact, the Cambridge Heart Antioxidant Study found that taking 400 to 800 IU daily reduced the risk of non-fatal heart attacks by 77% in people with coronary atherosclerosis. For more info, see Vitamin E Complete article. I also recall other studies have used 1200 IU daily and have found it to be safe, including a study with pregnant women.

Is selenium totally safe to take with amalgams still in?
I've heard mixed reviews.
