Using crystals to cure brain/neck damage(written by a spiritual healer)
Once you have all mercury fillings safely removed, or even if you still have them, you will have mercury all round the mouth/head. To remove it I recommend using a sauna, preferably a steam sauna. Keep your mouth open when you do, so the steam can dissolve the mercury. I found that using it just once was enough to remove most of the mercury.

Crystals are used by psychics for healing. The most famous is quartz. They come in various shapes - some are like stones(called tumblestones/gemstones), some are shaped as a wand.

How to prepare crystals for first use:
leave the crystal outside for 24 hours or 5 hours at the least, then rinse under cold tap for 1 minute, leave to dry.

How to prepare selenite wands for first use:
leave the crystal outside for 24 hours or 5 hours at the least, place them under some kind of sheltering as they mustn't get wet. The wand that you put into your mouth must be sellotaped all round.

How to use the crystals:
Use a bell or tuning fork before & after use. This cleanses the crystal. Then place the crystal(s) around the head/body.

You can also put a tumblestone in a jar of drinking water, leave for several hours then drink the water(use a bell or tuning fork before & after use).

Diet:

My diet mainly consists of fruit, organic vegetables & oats. I would recommend avoiding tv & sport too - your health/healing is worth far more.
