The last episode of Under the Wire for 2019 aired on the 14th of December. 

This episode features Meryl and Aneeta discussing the recent Vaxxed II screenings, media coverage and the ABC Media Watch segment. We also discuss some possible AVN projects for 2020. 

Thousands of concerned parents in New Jersey were successful in having legislation adjourned in the state senate.

The legislation tabled was to remove religious exemptions to vaccination for school attendance, which would essentially mean thousands of children could no longer attend school unless they were fully compliant with the vaccination schedule.

There were not enough votes in the senate to pass the legislation so it was adjourned. This was a big victory and shows how powerful it is to show up in numbers and stand your ground. Parents stood for hours in the freezing conditions to ensure the bill was not passed.
