---Austin School Board OKs Radical Sex Ed ~

--Over the objections of dozens of citizens who testified at a public hearing, Austin's school board unanimously adopted a new sex education program that pushes radical LGBTQ ideology beginning in third grade and stigmatizes traditional views.

The vote was taken after midnight Oct 29 in a meeting that began hours earlier, with 126 citizens reportedly testifying for or against the amended curriculum.

Texas Values, which researched the curriculum and developed a report featured on its website, says students will watch gay-friendly videos such as "Love is Love: Free to Be Me," and are encouraged to attend "Pride" events. It also teaches students to use gender-inclusive language and to "challenge" those who disagree with the values taught in the curriculum.

Caryl Ayala, president of 'Concerned Parents of Texas', complained to a local TV station: "The bigger picture is to normalize these behaviors and to teach them to children so that they can feel OK with engaging in these behaviors." ~~
