Hi, let me try to answer your q's.
Regarding Vitimin C, I would recommend the one with bioflavinoids. It is more absorable by your body and in a more natural way. I myself ordered it from Nature’s Sunshine and would have to say that that is the best vitamin c I've tried. I ordered like 10 bottles of it for I am going to chelate in the summer and vit c is vital.
Regarding the selenium you could take them separately, but I would recommend taking vitamin e complete with selenium. I again ordered mine it from Nature’s Sunshine and could not be happier with the formula. You only take it once and it’s got natural (not synthetic) selenium for a better absorption.
Regarding sulfur, yea try to stay from it while your fillings are still in, especially eggs since they really high in sulfur. Then once the fillings are out loading up on sulfur is again not a great idea because we don’t know how sulfur binds to mercury in the way we know proven chelators like ALA bind to mercury. So it is safer to go with the real chelators and also take lots of algin to prevent redistribution and promote absorption.
Regarding what to take after removal is a person question. Depending on how you will feel, how long you’ve had the fillings in and combination of other factors each should plan their chelation according to their bodies, I think. There are a lot of protocols out there. Some chelate you quickly but aggressively, others chelate you slowly but gently. I am currently about to begin the latter side. So I would recommend start researching for the protocols that you think would be the best suited for you.
Good luck on your trip. I've heard that he is a good doc. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif" alt="" />
