--I know for a fact that some homeopathy products do indeed work. One in particular, 'Hyland's LEG CRAMPS', has been most helpful for me.
I sometimes have cramps in my feet, especially after lying down for some time. And that tingling feeling that goes with it. When I take 2 tablets of this Hyland's Leg Cramps (under my tongue), it takes the tingling and stiffness out of my feet, within minutes. Other companies sell this also.
The Uses: Temporarily relieves the symptoms of stiffness, pains in limbs, joints and legs, and cramps in calves, feet and legs.
Yes, it helps!
This is used for Charley Horses as well. Those cramps that grab the muscles in legs.
I recommend this for those with these pains.
It should not surprise us that the FDA wants to stop this from being available at Health and Natural Remedy, Vitamin places such as Russ's place.
There's no money in it for them. All natural herbs and spices work!
