hi,
I have IBS and am worried that the fibre in Algin will make it worse. Does takign algin increase bowel movements? or upset the digestive system in anyway? I have an extremely sensitive digestive system thank you for any advice

I take algin and my digestive problems are no worse, they're better if anything. If there is mecury in your gut, then taking algin will relieve that, and as it's a fibre it will help your bowel movements.

Hi everyone, I've known a couple of people with IBS who had tremendous success using Intestinal Soothe & Build. One poor guy (a friend of a friend) had been reduced to not being able to eat anything at all and was living off Gatorade. If I remember correctly, his girlfriend said within 48 hours of taking Intestinal Soothe & Build, he was able to start eating solid food again. As far as I know, he continued to improve after that. A common problem for people with IBS is that the delicate mucosal lining of the gastrointestinal tract is unable to repair itself quickly enough. With all the inflammation and irritation of IBS, this lining is compromised. What's important to note is that the lining of the GI tract also plays a crucial role in the body's immune functions. I've just recently written an article on a new product called Cellular Build that helps address the problem of GI tract repair. The testimonials I've read from people who have tried it are pretty remarkable. For info on where to get these products, you can click on the links below: Cellular Build (60 capsules) Intestinal Soothe & Build (100 capsules) Hope this helps <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

thanks once agian When I had my fillings my gut was so enlarged I was in a reasonable amount of pain. Since getting them removed I've had my gut disappear completely, but it's also come back on the odd occassion. I now have a slightly enlarged gut, but it's nowhere as bad as it used to be. I don't really think about it anymore. I'm able to eat a lot more things than I used to be able to eat, but I'm still very cautious, and I still limited my intake of complex carbohydrates as they affect me the most. I also only drink goats' milk. When I eat bread, I only eat good quality continental bread. It's not that cows' milk, british/american bread, etc will make me feel awful, but I will feel the affect if I eat a lot. I feel my gut will be the last thing to sort itself out, as it's something that's affected quite a few members of my family.
