---EXACT REPRESENTATION~~

-"In the past God spoke to our forefathers through the prophets at many times and in various ways,
but in these last days he has spoken to us us by his Son. ...The Son is the radiance of God's glory
and the exact representation of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word."

~~~Because Jesus is the exact representation of His Father, the Gospel narratives give us insight into God's attitude toward people. Watch as the events of Jesus' life unfold. Jesus didn't look at people and say, "Get out of my way. I've got important things to do."

~~Jesus encountered people with great needs and was moved with compassion--for a rich young ruler, a poor widow, a blind beggar, a promiscuous woman, a demon-possessed man, and many others. There are some things about God that will remain a mystery to us in this lifetime. But if you want to know more about the character of God the Father, just look at Jesus.
