IMO the 2 major juicers are the champion and the vita-mix ...
then you have others that are usually cheeper and do a mix of the above.

champion extrats the pulp and you drink the juice; vita mix tears everything up and you drink everything ...

I have a champion and like it; but it takes awhile to make juice and to clean; I would think a vita mix would be alot quicker.

Champions run about 225 and vitas I think 400~? been awhile since I looked; of coure you can get cheeper brands.
