---THE SHADOW OF DEATH~~

---Ducking the shadow of death dominates our days. Sleep more. Exercise regularly. Eat less fat, more protein. But you know, no one ducks death forever. God’s perspective is different in Ecclesiastes 7:1, “The day you die is better than the day you are born.” And Psalms 116:15 tells us, “When they arrive at the gates of death, God welcomes those who love him.”-- bible

Is your fear of dying robbing your joy of living? Why don’t you do this: give God your death. Envision your final minutes and offer them to him. “Lord, I receive your work on the cross and in your resurrection. I entrust you with my departure from earth.” With Christ as your friend and heaven as your home, the day of death becomes sweeter than the day of birth.

[***Friend, Please do not let another day pass, if you have not accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior. We can see the 'end-times' are getting closer with each passing day. Jesus said, "Be ye always ready, for no one knows the day or hour the Son of Man will return." Yes, Jesus is the Son of Man and the Son of God. He never ceased being God when He left Heaven to come down to Earth to invite us to accept Him as our Lord and Savior. He leaves that choice up to each individual. We can not depend on the fact that our mother or father were Christians. We can not depend on going to a Church building. Some say, "I accepted Jesus when I was in Sunday school. I know I'm not perfect but I am a good person." No, my friend, that is not what gets us to Heaven. Only Jesus's death on the Cross paid our sin-debt to allow us to come boldly to Him and pray. He sets the standard. He is the only Person who was perfect, He never sinned. That is why He tells us, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me." --(John 14:6) / There is no other way or person that will get us into Heaven. None of us are perfect. "We all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. " Won't you take a few minutes to accept Him as your Savior and be certain of where you will spend eternity? Pray a prayer like this, "Lord, I confess I am a sinner. I ask You to come into my heart and be my Savior. I know you died so I can spend eternity with You.
