The degree of ignorance and hypocrisy displayed by Brian Sims (Dem-PA) in this video is stunning. What is fantastically ironic is that he captured and shared it himself.
My Body My Choice
Sims claims the "white lady" (as he calls her) is telling people what is right for their bodies.
30s, 1:10m, 1:55m, 2:20m: In his ignorance, Sims does not understand that a baby's body is nearly completely independent of his/her mother's body. In other words, the baby's body is not the mother's body.
It is a fanatical fallacy and the pinnacle of hypocrisy to claim that any pro-lifer is telling women what is right for "their" body. The simple scientific truth is, it's not the woman's body. It is an independent human being that feels intolerable pain while having his/her limbs torn apart by abortion. Consider how few abortions would take place if the mother shared the baby's pain-transmitting nervous system.
Each of the child's 12 body systems operate independently of the mother from the very early stages of growth, except for the circulatory system which is shared until birth.
Furthermore, ripping a baby's limbs apart (or burning it to death with saline) is the epitome of forcing your own will on another person's body. Enough said.
What Have You Done For Children?
38s: Sims asks the woman, "How many children have you clothed today?" This statement is so hypocritical that it's difficult to explain without sounding insulting. Nevertheless, the praying protester is devoting her time to save lives. Sims utterly fails to see the hypocrisy in the fact that he is supporting the murder of children while accusing the praying woman of not clothing them.
A Constitutional Right? Nope!
50s, 2m, 3:25: It would seem difficult to top the hypocrisy Sims has already displayed, but he manages. He claims that the praying woman is "shaming women" for exercising their "constitutional right".
In an epic display of irony, Sims is shaming the praying woman while accusing her of doing the very same thing. The double-mindedness is astounding to any thinking person.
But not to be outdone, Sims records his shaming charade of the praying woman and shares it with the world. The praying woman did no such thing. Furthermore, the woman asked that he stop video taping, but Sims continues both shaming and taping her for later broadcast.
But if that weren't enough, Brian Sims claims that abortion is "a constitutional right".
The U.S. Constitution is a relatively short, easy-to-read document, yet is says absolutely nothing about abortion. Sim's false claim comes from a supreme court ruling which extended a woman's "right-to-privacy" to cover the right to tear a baby's limbs apart. Common sense dictates that this is a fundamental misapplication of a person's right-to-privacy.
The sheer absurdity of this ruling is evidenced by the fact that the right-to-privacy has been shredded by the Patriot Act and other privacy-destroying policies, yet, the court pretends that "privacy" extends to murdering children.
Sims manages to make three fundamental errors in logic, reason, and law within the first 60 seconds of his own video.
You Don't Have A Moral Right
1:20m: Sims says, "That doesn't mean that you have a moral right to be out here."
If saving lives is not a moral right, then what is? Sims lack of logic and basic compassion evidences that he is unfit for any public office.
"extremely racist"
3:35m: Sims says, "Don't convince yourself that what you're doing isn't extremely racist."
When previous claims made by Sims have been so fundamentally flawed, it's hard to imagine that he could continue to out-do himself, yet he manages to. He calls the praying woman's passion for all living children - regardless of color - "racist".
In yet another display of epic ignorance, Sims clearly knows nothing about the history of Planned Parenthood.
Margaret Sanger, the founder of Planned Parenthood is the poster child of racism. Her life was devoted to racism and eugenics.
She spoke at a KKK rally in the 20's. In a letter to Clarence Gable in 1939, Sanger wrote:

"We do not want word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population, and the minister is the man who can straighten out that idea if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members" -Margaret Sanger commenting on the 'Negro Project' in a letter to Gamble, Dec. 10, 1939.
Brian Sims needs to educate himself by reading the collection of quotes on this page to understand how he displays fundamental ignorance in epic proportions.
All this goes without mentioning that Planned Parenthood kills a highly-disproportionate number of ethnic races, fulfilling the dreams of racist and founder of Planned Parenthood Margaret Sanger.
Brian Sims is not only ignorant of history, he is on the wrong side of it. Sims calls the praying woman racist while supporting arguably the most racist organization in American history.
"No one needs your advice"
2:20m: Sims claims that no person coming to the abortion clinic needs the praying lady's advice about what to do with their body.
Again, Sims displays profound ignorance and manages to capture it on camera.
Do women deserve to see what they are carrying inside them before making a life-and-death decision, or should this information be hidden from them?
Sims clearly believes that women should not be encumbered by the truth when making a life-and-death decision; that women should not receive advice of others, yet, what better advice could there be than images of your own baby?
Ironically, 78% of women considering abortion disagree with Sims. Let's ask the babies that would have been killed what they think of Sim's logic regarding a woman's right to advice.
Stunningly, Planned Parenthood has fought for many years to hide this information from women; to keep women ignorant of the very shape of the life inside them.
"What You're Doing Here is Disgusting"
1:28m: Sims clearly believes that citizens exercising their right to defend living human beings is "disgusting". His words, not ours.
Sims continues: "This is wrong. You have no business being out here."
The hypocrisy is mind-boggling. Sims clearly believes he has rights but anyone who disagrees with him does not. For those who don't know, this mentality is historically called "tyranny".
"Protect and Respect Women"
3:10m: Brian Sims thanks abortion workers as they walk by for "working in a place that respects and protects women".
Sims ignorance is truly stunning. Planned Parenthood has fought for many years to hide the truth from women, to conceal the images of their own baby. Furthermore, Planned Parenthood has fought to keep women ignorant about the risks of reproductive damage to their own bodies. Planned Parenthood has also historically concealed the deep depression and emotional distress many women experience after an abortion.
Sims promotes hiding these truths from women while claiming that Planned Parenthood "protects women".
Enough is Enough
The ignorance and hypocrisy is stunning, but we're not even half way through this video. Nevertheless, the point has been made.
Let this be a lesson to baby-abortion promoters: Your position is indefensible; simply indefensible.
