"Knock. Knock."

That's the sound 61-year-old Gary Wills heard at 5:17 AM in the morning.

Who was at the door? Government agents there to seize his firearms.

Gary was not accused of any crimes. There was no due process and no notice afforded to him. Still, Maryland police were there before sunrise, demanding his guns. When he did not comply, Gary was shot and killed in his own home.

Now gun grabbers in Augusta want to bring this "Red Flag" gun confiscation law to Maine.

They are holding a public hearing this Monday before the Judiciary Committee in Augusta and we need all Maine gun owners to show up and make our voices heard to defend our constitutional rights.

Where: Maine State House, 210 State Street, Augusta
Why: To Defend Our 2nd Amendment

"Red Flag" Gun Confiscation orders would target Maine people not suspected of any crime, violating both the individual right to keep and bear arms and our fundamental constitutional right to due process.

We must make our voice heard to defend against this dangerous legislation.

Take 3 Actions to Defeat Gun Confiscation Orders

1. Join Us THIS MONDAY at the Maine State House in Augusta. Be there at 8:00 AM to join our 2nd Amendment Rally, and stay to make your voice heard at the 9:00 AM Public Hearing.

2. Click HERE to send the Judiciary Committee a message. I've gone ahead and drafted a simple message you can use, but this is your message, so feel free to edit it or write your own. Be sure to add your name and town at the end.

3. Sign the Petition against "Red Flag" Gun Confiscation Orders. We will deliver your petition to your lawmakers at our expense before any "Red Flag" bills are voted on in Augusta.
