hi! since getting all my metals out of my mouth this past September, Ive had a healthy caution to any heavy metal exposure in my daily life. Not just mercury- but also aluminum, teflon and lead. I no longer use teflon pans-- I no longer use a microwave, but cook in a toaster oven with glass pyrex., and when handeling metal tools at work, I wear rubber gloves so that the lead in the metal rubs off on the gloves and not my palms.

Not that i get paranoid over all this- but ive realized its good to have a healthy caution when possible. These metals build up in the body-and the skin is one of the largest organs that can absorb toxins.
