Thanks alot for the feed back,does anyone think it's a good idea to start vitamin c and e with delenium along with algin(can't remember correct name) i just placed n order for all three suppliments.
Also any reccommended dosage to start would be greatly appreciated,i have gone two far to turn back now.
I have kept this under disguise for too long i need to live a normal life or i'm not really living.
