Hi Russ,
I am still mercury toxic after years without amalgams. I retain mercury and do not excrete it. Chelation is a nightmare for me, but is the only way to begin lessening this.

I have never had a flu shot. I do not live near a coal burning plant. Never had nutra sweet (never will). Do not drink coffee and do not eat sugar, or soda. Only occassionally do i cheat on my diet, but very rarely. Mainly I eat things like meat, vegetables, eggs, yoghurt, raw nuts, herbal tea, water etc. Gets tedious, but sometimes one has to go to extreme lengths to try and lessen some of the symptoms. Doesnt always work though.

I always had mercury poisoning symptoms, but was healing until i developed a viral infection in 2003, then I plummeted more (never recovered from it) and the mercury still in me suddenly became much more of an issue. Then, I had visits to dental offices for wisdom teeth removal and that's when all hell broke loose and I suffered from the vapor exposure severely and could not heal from it, plus other distressing symptoms along with the mercury, possibly from cavitation development.

Yes, I think being mercury toxic already, plus cavitations, plus the viral infection hurting my immunity, a dental office visit suddenly becomes a danger to me. It shouldn't, it's not normal, but this is how it is now. I know it was vapor because I was experiencing symptoms a few hours after the visit that were frightening and very mercury related, giggling spells, severe depression, itching and burning in the face, crying/salivating etc. Once upon a time, a visit to a dental office never used to do a thing ot me. Now? It's a nightmare.

Thanks I am trying to find out exactly what is doing what, but I assume it's all combined and all doing their own thing. I've never been able to excrete toxins properly, but things have gotten far worse in recent years.

I am at the moment taking very low doses of DMSA 12.5 mg every 4 hours. I don't know if this will help, but I feel I do need to do "something" in the meantime to try and lessen the toxic load a bit.
