"Dr. Gonzalez's Cancer Case Report: A Lung Cancer Example"

In Nicholas Gonzalez MD’s latest book, Conquering Cancer: Volume Two, he documents his best case reports of 62 patients on The Gonzalez Protocol. Here is a summary of one of these remarkable cases:

Cancer Type: Lung, Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Diagnosis:
What: On November 25, 2009, a fine needle aspirate of a right pleural-based lesion confirmed squamous cell carcinoma, a type of cancer that can originate in the lung, the head and neck tissues, and the esophagus. On December 7, 2009 a PET scan demonstrated extensive metastatic disease.

Where: Kaiser Permanente Fairfax Hospital

Gonzalez Patient Survivor Rate: Minimum 7.4 years (despite the conventional medical prognosis of several months)

Treatment Summary: Due to the widespread and aggressive nature of this disease, the patient’s oncologist explained that surgery was not an option and recommended chemotherapy. He also admitted the treatment at best would be only palliative and not curative, and even if the patient responded, his life might be extended only several months or so. The patient refused chemotherapy and the recommended pain medication because he didn’t want anything to affect his cognitive abilities.

He then met Dr. Gonzalez on January 13, 2010 and began The Gonzalez Protocol where Dr. Gonzalez designed an individualized nutritional enzyme program. He didn’t hear again from this patient until a few months later. The patient explained he hadn’t called because he was “doing so well,” and that after six weeks on the therapy “the terrible bone pain” from his metastatic disease had completely resolved. He “felt great” and looked great. His wife confirmed how well he was doing. In fact, he felt well enough to begin a vigorous exercise program at a local gym.

Outcome: One year later, on January 21, 2011, the patient reported severe pain and Dr. Gonzalez recommended a CT scan. The CT scan demonstrated pulmonary emboli (blood clots) in both lungs, but apparently, to the shock of his Kaiser doctors, no evidence of the multiple pleural-based tumors noted from November 2009. With the patient then stabilized on anticoagulant medication, his Kaiser doctors were “dumbfounded that the lungs as well as the ribs showed no evidence of cancer whatsoever.” And these had not been small tumors, the largest measuring 5 cm in the widest diameter. The patient told Dr. Gonzalez that his primary care doctor had said the disappearing lung tumors were not only were “remarkable” but had “caused quite a problem at Kaiser” because no one could dismiss his nutritional therapy as foolishness any longer.

This patient continues to do very well, as he determinedly follows his prescribed nutritional regimen. Before Christmas 2011, he called Dr. Gonzalez asking if he could have a steak, to celebrate his two-year anniversary from diagnosis. Though Dr. Gonzalez was usually pretty strict about cheating at any time, he relented and allowed him one steak—but only one.

This patient remains on his program and in touch with Mrs. Gonzalez. He attended Dr. Gonzalez’s memorial service in June 2016. For this complete case report, see Conquering Cancer: Volume Two page 92.

Conquering Cancer: Volume Two – 62 Patients on The Gonzalez Protocol was published posthumously by New Spring Press in July 2017 and is available exclusively on Amazon in hardcover and Kindle editions.

You’ll discover how Dr. Gonzalez helped 62 patients who were diagnosed with chronic disease and who were unhappy with the solutions being offered by conventional medicine.

Patients on The Gonzalez Protocol found hope, health, and freedom from cancer while enjoying a higher quality of life than typically offered by conventional medicine.
The scientific evidence of The Gonzalez Protocol for conquering cancer is here in two volumes of nearly 1,000 pages.
