--HOW DO YOU GROW IN CHRIST?

-How do you mature?
Most of us wish it was the same way as Bourbon...
a matter of time...a matter of being aged.
But it doesn't work that way. You can be a new Christian 75 years old..and not grow spiritually!
-"WHY?"

Because age doesn't have anything to do with it.
It's faithfulness...it's love...it's perseverance...
it's a battle.

Why do you think the Salvation Army...which is a denomination of the Lord Jesus Christ...calls itself the
'Salvation Army'? Because living the Christian life, which is what the Bible is about, is a battle. It is always a conflict. There's always pressure. You are always living
in a pressure cooker.

There isn't much R and R.

And the Lord says--'I know. I count you worthy for the kingdom of God...for which you are suffering.'~~
