when you guys detox- where do you see/feel it coming out of your body??? when i did an intense cleanse a year ago i got this horrible rash all over my hands and my face- and i felt it was the mercury coming out through my pores. right now i have a really bad yeast infection <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> is this normal for it to come out of you like this? or should i be worried?

also- does anyone see a naturopathic doctor or a chinese medicine doctor while they are going through the detox process? i am doing this on my own but kind of wish i had someone knowledgable about the process to walk me through it. so i am considering seeing an alternative medicine practicioner. i am NOT interested in going to a western medicine doctor. not for me. i'd love to hear anyone's thoughts on this.
