I have been reading old posts and i didn't realise you had to take calcium with magnesium, i have just been taking high dose of magnesium citrate. Does anyone know which calcium tabs are good quality. Thanks

I'd be real careful with supplementing calcium. Most mercury toxic people unfortunately have high calcium deposits in the brain area causing inflammation here. In addition calcium slows metabolism resulting in a slower detox process. Last, but not least, many calcium products contain metals as they are derived from the ocean.
Myself and two other friends who are also detoxing, get serious brain fog from calcium........
Just be aware of any worsening of symptoms when you start supplementing with Cal.

I use magnesium, among other things, to keep me regular. Accordingly, I use a huge amount of magnesium daily at a bowel tolerance level.
I do not supplement with calcium except that which is in my multi vitamin.

I would generally recommend that mercury toxic persons supplement magnesium and not calcium because mercury displaces magnesium. This will often solve many mercury-related issues from constipation to muscle aches to grinding teeth to low energy (magnesium is a precursor to ATP, the "energy" molecule). I have heard numerous reports over the years of how mercury toxic people benefit from magnesium. All the best.
