I believe that mercury from amalgam fillings or vaccines is a leading cause of candida issues for men and women. My candida issues went away completely the day my amalgam fillings were removed. Here's my story: My Mercury Story Concerning Candida

I wholeheartedly agree, there are so many forums out there trying to help people with candida, but they don't know if they have metal toxicity of any kind, it will never go away.
I battled it all my life along with chronic constipation and never knew about candida until 3 years ago and then just last June I found out what caused it...and it is changing my life.
I think it is very important to slowly reduce the candida populations, because it harbours heavy metals. And you have to go slow, cause as the yeast is killed it frees the heavy metals and if the channels of elimination are not clear, it just gets recirculated and can cause very serious issues.
Thanks Russ.

Hello, I am battling candida at the moment, the worst I have ever had. I had a recent round of antibiotics from getting a bad infection from a flu virus and was not able to overcome, so the doc put me on antibiotics.
So since that time, I'm a much bigger mess than I was previously. I was bad enough before, so I can only imagine the antibiotics probably wiped out the little good bacteria I still had going for me.
I am in an exhausted state the entire time. My diet now has to be so totally rigid, yet right now I cannot seem to shake these symptoms.
I'm slow to get probitoics, as I hear they can cause issues in mercury toxic people (a little like antifungal use). So right now, I'm hoping that the rigid diet will eventually reap some improvements.
I had mercury out of my teeth over 9 years ago now. I should have healed long ago, so I know there is much more going on than that, keeping me sick. Though I'm one of these people who do not excrete mercury properly, I hang onto it with a vice like grip it seems.
