Hi all,

Personally I think the issue stems right back to the way we are (or were) taught in school. I think we are not taught to fully understand, challenge and take responsibility for information that is fed to us.

For example, I think a lot of the information out there (on anything) has a strong economic foundation (eg almagams are cheap and easy to install) And we tend to automatically trust what ‘professionals’ (doctors/dentists) and the media either directly or indirectly feed to us without fully understanding the biases at play.

Personally I will be fully investigating (well giving it a darn good go at least) everything that goes into, or is done to, my body and my families from now on.

Just my 2c worth !

Cheers,
