I had my last quadrant removed on May 22. I had a total of 8 amalgams removed in the last month and a half. I am anxious to start the detox, but will wait until I feel my body is ready. I have Cutler's book, but have not made read very far into it yet. I would appreciate any information on what works for everyone as far as detoxing. I have been taking thyroid support, magnesium complex, vitamin c, vitamin e, eaters digest and transmix. I have just today started a liver cleanse called L.G.-W by Pure Herbs LTD suggested by my local Natures Sunshine store. I have suffered from lack of balance, chronic fatigue, tingling in arms and legs, muscle weakness and several other symptoms that I ca't recall at this time. How long does it usually take to feel some progress. I have been very fatigued the last couple of days. Thanks for any input.

Congratulations Jim. I would recommend checking out some of the articles here that may prove helpful for your next phase of mercury-free success. I've read your list of supplements and you're missing the single most important one: Algin. You really might want to check it out. Otherwise, looks like you're on a good plan. Careful with the liver cleanse. They're good for you but can be tough for those who are mercury toxic. Keep us posted.

Russ, What exactly do I need to be careful of with the liver cleanse? I just read the link about Algin and will pick some up tomorrow. Thanks.

Liver cleanses will often mobilize a lot of toxins and can cause people to feel angry and fatigued and cause reccuring mercury symptoms in mercury toxic people.
Liver cleanses are excellent, especially for those who are mercury toxic but if you get too sick or too many symptoms, you should stop and try a more gentle cleanse a week or two later once things have settled down. That's all I meant.
Good luck.
