Hold Your Congressmen Accountable With the Latest Freedom Index

Do you know how your congressmen voted on Trade Promotion Authority, ObamaCare Death Panel Repeal, Common Core, Defunding Planned Parenthood, Export-Import Bank, Raising the Spending Cap and Suspending the National Debt Limit, Power Plant Emissions, Education, Omnibus Appropriations, Waters of the United States, and other important bills?

Learn how they voted by reading the Second Freedom Index for the 114th Congress, which was published in The New American magazine on January 25, 2016.

Then please email your senators and representative to hold them accountable to the Constitution by bringing their recent votes and overall Freedom Index scores to their attention.

Be sure to thank them when appropriate and ask for explanations when appropriate. Remember that it is your responsibility as a voter to hold your senators and representative accountable to the Constitution.

We recommend that you go to the online "Freedom Index" (click on image above) and look at how your senators and representative have been voting so that you can personalize your email message to them with questions about their actual votes. Be aware that the one email message goes to both of your senators and your representative, so you'll need to add something like "Attn: Rep. Blank" somewhere near the beginning of your email message in order to direct a question to your representative. Ditto for your senators.
