I was just reading several of the comments regarding this topic of Psyllium Hulls.
I have been using the ALGIN, IRON, and PSYLLIUM HULLS that I purchase from http://OnlytheBestHerbs.com. All of which work very well together.
Because of other health issues, I can not have my amalgams removed. So this has really been a 'life saver' to help rid my body of the mercury, metals, cadmium , etc.

Another thing that really helps is the DMSA which can not be purchased in the USA (now), that I am aware of. DMSA binds to mercy, lead and zinc, helping elimate it from the body. I get this from Amazon.com // Before using these supplements I was terribly sick. I could not function, no energy at all, and my mind was asleep, if you will. (smile) Now, I feel much better, look forward to the day and get busy with a Bible Ministry, by the grace of the Lord.

I hope this helps those who are not able, for some reason to have their amalgams removed.
Of course I take a good Multi-Vitamin, Mineral Supplement made by Equate, from Walmart. I sincerely hope this is helpful to those who are feeling zapped by the mercury toxicity.
