--“Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God..” --- Matthew 5:8
--Let me tell you how to experience God: Get your heart pure, and you will see God with the 'eyes of faith'.
You see, Jesus is not talking about your physical body. You get your spiritual heart right and your spiritual eyes will see. Hebrews 11:27 says that Moses “endured as seeing Him who is invisible.”
You get your heart right and you’ll see the invisible God…
...in circumstances ...in nature ...the Heavens declare the glory of God ...in the face of your spouse, your child, your grandchild.
You’ll see Him in the Scriptures. God will become a bright, living reality to you.
Put on the 'eyes of faith' today and find God creating and sustaining life.. Maybe there is a tree ablaze with the red and gold of Fall. Do you see the hand of God? Perhaps you see the beauty of Spring time. Leaves are appearing on the trees. Flowers are blooming, as they reach up to the sun. Spring time birds are singing unto the Lord. --Adrian Rogers ~~
--It is only by 'believing', (having FAITH), in what God says that we can know of His omniscience, omnipotence, omnipresence. [Reach out to Him, confess you are a sinner in need of a Savior, believe what Jesus says in His Word.] "The Lord is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit." (Psalm 34:18).
All pride must go. "Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall." (Proverbs 16:18).[/u]
"For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." (Romans 3:23) We are all sinners in need of God's grace. Jesus knows everything about you. He knows how many hairs are on your head. Come to Jesus and live eternally in Heaven. Oh, How He loves us all! --Adrian Rogers~~ --FAITH~~
--"Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen." --(Hebrews 11:1)
"For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, "The just shall live by faith." --(Romans 1:17)
--"For we walk by faith, not by sight." --(2 Corinthians 5:7)
"But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for He who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him." - [This is FAITH UNTO JESUS. It is not faith in self, nor what some preachers today say, 'Only believe and you will have all you want. Jesus wants you to have an abundant life. You can have your joy and all the good 'thing's' now.']
No, our Lord said, "If you would be my disciple, you must die to self, take up your cross and follow Me." --(Hebrews 11:6)
