Sorry you are continuing to feel bad. Is there any doctor who can help you with the mercury detox? It's so terrible that so many of us are left to try and figure it out ourselves when we have no medical training.
Don't take any more coffee and drink plenty of water. What water are you drinking? Is it tap or bottled? If bottled, check the ingredients to see if there is flouride in it, or what the contents are of the other minerals. Some of them have high contents of minerals. The lowest I have found for a reasonable price is Tesco Mountain Spring or Morrisons Scottish Spring (I think it was callled that, but was £1.49 for 4). Their cheapest spring water has something like 300mg bicarbonate per litre. The tesco one has higher sulphate 10mg per litre, but is generally low on other minerals. My personal view is that the lower the mineral content the better.
Are you taking vitamin c only once during the day or several times? You might want to find a supplement that can be taken 2-3 times a day so that you can take a little at morning, afternoon and evening. Also check the contents of your supplements to make sure they don't contain things like aspartame and sorbitol.
Eat a high protein diet, but make sure you get in some carbs aswell because the body needs carbs, and I've read that protein is more effective when taken with some amount of carbs.
What supplements are you still taking?
