Regarding the above post and when to take the ALGIN. In my case I am unable to have the amalgams removed.
So, I take at least 2 Algin Capsules twice a day. And sometimes 3 times per day.
It absorbs heavy metal Ions and the bulking action encourages normal elimination.

Another friend takes the Algin at least 3 times daily (two capsules together), and this helps with her other heavy metal contamination.
So, take it if you have mercury/amalgams still intact.
It has truly helped both of us feel better.
