Thank you all for your information, i will try and do what you have recommended and I will get my thyroid checked by my Doctor. Am probably tempting fate by saying I'm feeling a bit better today, but then again that seems to be what happens good days and bad. Its good to get info/tips from everyone going through the same. Most of my friends think I'm mad getting my fillings replaced, seems that a LOT of people are completely unaware of the mercury/amalgam problem. Would like to think - eventually anyway - that I have done the right thing. Thanks again.
