Air hunger - where you are breathing normally but don't feel like you're getting enough air - is a sign of hypothyroidism and / or hypoadrenalism, which is common in mercury toxicity. Sounds like your thyroid took a hit from amalgam removal so you need to get it checked. Get the doctor to test for your Free T4 and T3 levels - the TSH test is meaningless. A combined T4/T3 thyroid medication like Armour is more effective for mercury toxic people than straight T4 (like Synthroid or Euthyrox), which the body itself has to convert into T3. Don't get too distracted by taking lots of supplements! If its hormones you need, the supplements won't do anything. I wasted a year taking lots of supplements to detox this and raise levels of that, all the while getting worse and worse. It was thryoid hormone I needed to get rid of the air hunger, digestive problems, fatigue, feeling cold, depressed etc etc. It's a long journey but I feel I'm on the right path now taking Armour and adrenal support while having my fillings out.
