Hi, I wonder if anyone can help with information.
About the start of the year I broke a filling, and then got it replaced, at the same time I was getting tingling in my head which would come and go, and move around my head. My Dr could find no explanation for it, neither could I. Then the lady who I sometimes get reiki treatments from asked if I had had any dental work done lately, when I told her I had she said the tingling could be down to this. Well this was enough to prompt me to go and get 5 "silver" fillings removed.
Unfortunately I did not do enough research and just got them taken out and replaced with white fillings without any protection or going to a mercury free dentist. I got the five fillings taken out over a 3 week period and felt great initially.
Now however, I have been suffering from recurring chest pains, and more worrying - trouble breathing. I am most concerned about the trouble breathing, it feels like someting is catching my throat and that I can't get enough air. I went to my doctor with the chest pains and had an ecg which came back fine. I am convinced that the chest pains and trouble breathing are coming from the fact that I probably exposed myself to a massive amount of mercury vapour or whatever, trouble is I don't know what to do about it. I have been taking multi-vitamins, eating a good diet, lots of fruit especially apples as I have read they are good for getting rid of mercury, and now have stared to take chlorella. I am only taking about three chlorella tablets a day,(half the recommended maintenance dose) I thought I would take it steady, but right now I am still getting the trouble breathing. It comes and goes I won't have if for days, then boom back it comes.
I should add that I now I have one crown with a silver filling underneath it, but I am definately not touching that at the moment. I really want to go the natural route for getting rid of the mercury, which is why I thought I would try the chlorella, although I have also read that you should not take this if you still have a filling, I was thinking if I only took a low dose then it might be ok. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can lessen the chest pain and trouble breathing or will I just have to put up with it for a while. Oh I have also been having Epsom Salts baths which seem to help a bit. I also read that the body would get rid of a lot of the mercury naturally, if I just left well alone and followed a good diet would things eventually settle down, not sure what to do. Would be greatful for any advice, thanks
