I just read that pumpkin seeds help mercury detox because of something called metaline. Anyone know more? Are they ok to eat while the fillings are still in? I had some yesterday and felt spaced out a bit today, which makes me wonder.

Hi Demi,
Pumpkin Seeds are used as an anti-parasitic. Perhaps you are experiencing a die-off reaction?

I read that they are also anti-parasitic, but that they are also useful in detox:
"Metaline is an ensemble of pumpkin seeds, okra, rhubarb root, capsicum, peppermint and dulse. It is designed to clear metals from the system and decrease our toxic load by increasing the body’s eliminating abilities. Capsicum, rhubarb and okra support healthy intestinal function while dulse and pumpkin seeds assist the drawing qualities of the urinary system. Peppermint may improve bile flow, which is one of the liver’s detoxification mechanisms."

Hopefully by the end of the year. I've had one quadrant done, now need the other three done. But I have to travel and the weather hasn't been too good over winter, aswell as my health hasn't been up to it with flus and things. I'm hoping to get the rest done over the next few months. I am a bit worried about it, because of the exposure risk, but just have to think positive.
